Terms and Conditions for Use of the VeniceClick.net online booking service.
All information provided within the web pages of all hotels, resorts and inns accessible from listings in the VeniceClick.net web site is provided by the owners and operators of those establishments, not by VeniceClick.net. VeniceClick.net accepts no responsibility for and is not liable in the event of any errors or misrepresentations which may exist on any Venice hotels web pages accessible through the VeniceClick.net website, or for any lack of performance on the part of any third party vendors associated with VeniceClick.net who provide reservation services as described above. By using the VeniceClick.net directory, you acknowledge and agree to accept these terms and conditions.

Reservations, Modification and Cancellation Requests
You contract directly with your chosen accommodation venue and not VeniceClick.net. Completing your booking form and submitting it to us amounts to an offer to contract. Such offer is accepted and a binding contractual agreement is entered into between you and your chosen accommodation venue, when a booking confirmation number is issued and displayed to you, either on screen or in a communication sent to you. The act of issuing the booking confirmation number is contractual acceptance. Unless otherwise stated at the time of making your booking, your credit card details will only be used to secure your booking and no monies will be deducted from your credit card at this stage. Unless otherwise stated at the time of making your booking, you will pay your chosen accommodation venue in full when you check out and you may choose to settle your account with another credit card. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so online. You will need to have your booking confirmation number to hand. Specific cancellation terms may relate to your chosen accommodation venue. These will appear on the same web page as the online booking form and, to the extent that they are inconsistent with what is written here, such specific terms shall prevail.

Liability & Contract
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuiteCom snc., owner of www.VeniceClick.net shall not be liable to you for any injury, loss (including but not limited to personal property), damage, delay, expense, inconvenience or otherwise suffered as a consequence of anything, howsoever caused, in connection with your chosen accommodation venue. Contract: SuiteCom snc. is not part of the contract between guest and accommodation provider.
